What does an air bnb cleaning cost?
The cost will depend on several things including the square footage of your property, how many bedrooms and/or bathrooms it has, as well as how many loads of laundry need to be done; some houses may have hot tubs that need to be cleaned or other special needs. In general, most properties are priced somewhere between a flat rate per turn-over for smaller units and per unit pricing for larger homes. When you book a house through us, you'll receive a clear quote prior to confirming your booking.

Will you do a same day clean-out/dirty-up for me?
Absolutely. Back to back clean-outs/ dirty-ups within the 11am to 3pm window, etc. Are no problem.

Will your crew provide linen & consumables?
You can either choose to have our team clean and replenish the items you already have, or we can set up a linen swapping system. If you'd prefer to provide consumable supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, soap, etc., we will replenish them each time we come into your home.

Are your cleaners insured & background checked?
Each cleaner working in Los Angeles is fully insured, thoroughly vetted and fully background checked before being allowed into any home.

Does the team send confirmation photos after each visit?
Yes. Following every clean-out/ dirty-up, the photos taken during that visit will be sent to your mobile device. In addition to those photos, if there were any issues found upon arrival at your property, such as low inventory, damage, etc. Those too will be noted in a quick report that will also go directly to your phone.
