A typical move-in cleaning in an empty one-bedroom home takes approximately three to four hours. A larger home in areas such as Encino, Pacific Palisades or Los Feliz may require five to eight hours depending on the level of soiling. The team will remain until the check list has been completed.
Do I have to be present when the cleaning is being done?
