The cost depends on how many sq ft the home/unit is, what kind of shape its in, how many bathrooms, etc. Typically 1 bedroom apartments are priced between $250-$375. Larger homes typically would be quoted after a quick telephone conversation with One of our staff members. Also included in every quotation is flat rate pricing with no additional costs added.
How long does a move-out cleaning take?
Typically 3-5 hours for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment. Typically 4-6 hours for a 2 bedroom apartment. Larger homes may require an entire day or a crew of 2 to accomplish.
Do i need to be there during the cleaning process?
No. Most clients provide access information (i.e.: lock box codes, etc.) for us to gain entry into their unit. We take photos of the unit once we've completed cleaning the unit and forward them to you before we leave.
Will you clean carpets and Windows too?
Yes. Carpet steam cleaning and exterior window washing are available as additional services. Its recommended you order these items when scheduling your move-out cleaning service.
What happens if my landlord doesn't like something?
If during your Landlords walk-through he/she identifies something that wasn't satisfactory, we offer a 24 hour re-cleaning policy. Simply contact us and we'll come back to your unit as soon as possible to correct any problems identified during the walk-through inspection.
When should i schedule my move-out cleaning?
Booking Weekends and month-End dates early is highly encouraged because they tend to fill up faster than other weeks/months. However, we also regularly receive calls for same day moves which sometimes opens up later date Availability.
