We price by how big your house is and any additional services you have selected. In general most one time cleanings will run between $180-$450. We give you a flat rate quote up front before we book you.
How long will my one time cleaning take?
Our one time cleanings generally last anywhere from 3-6 hours. Depending on how big your house is and how much build-up there is. For example if you live in some of the bigger houses in Bel Air or the Pacific Palisades, it could take us longer.
Will I have to be present while you clean?
No. Many clients provide us with instructions on how to get into their house and/or use a key drop off point at building management (such as The Ritz Carlton Residences at LA Live) or provide a lock box code for high rise buildings that line Wilshire Blvd.
